Suppliers, Outfitters, Travel Agents, Groups, Hotels, etc... PAYMENT CONDITIONS Full payment is required to validate a booking. Final payment must be received at Cime Aventure at least forty-five (45) days prior to departure, or at the time of booking. Should payment not be received before the above-mentioned deadlines, Cime Aventure reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice. CANCELLATION FEE AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE At least 46 days prior to the departure date: 30% will be retained · between 45 and 15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the total cost of the package per person · 14 days and less prior to the departure date: 100% of the total cost of the package per person. Cime Aventure suggests you buy a cancellation insurance policy. For an additional, non-refundable sum of 10% of the amount of your invoice, you will then have the right, at all times, to cancel your booking or postpone it to a later date, following agreement with Cime Aventure. Moreover, Cime Aventure reserves the right to cancel any expedition before the departure date for reasons beyond its control. In the event of such a cancellation, a complete reimbursement will constitute the final settlement with the client. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD The consumer, in permitting the use of his/her credit card number, agrees to respect the booking conditions, even if he/she has not signed the appropriate credit card slip, a verbal authorisation being sufficient to confirm the booking. RATE REDUCTIONS The following rate reductions shall apply to expeditions and excursions:
Furthermore, a reduction of 10 % is also offered to groups of at least ten (10) people. EQUIPMENT INSURANCE Cime Aventure offers you insurance, at a cost of 2$ per person, to cover the total amount of damage incurred in the event of equipment breakage. PAYMENT Payment can be made by cheque, postal money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), debit card or in cash. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Risk: All participants must understand that they expose themselves to the risks inherent to the practice of certain sports or activities. In doing so, they waive the right to take any legal action against Cime Aventure for material loss, bodily injury, moral damage, or death. Evacuation: The costs incurred to evacuate a participant for health or safety reasons are the responsibility of the person involved. Material: Cime Aventure and its employees disclaim any responsibility for loss or damage to your equipment or personal belongings throughout the duration of your stay. INSURANCE Any person arriving from abroad must have valid liability insurance and/or health insurance covering all possible costs arising from adventure travel. RESELLERS: wholesalers, groups, hoteliers, travel agencies BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS For packages offered on an early-sale basis, Cime Aventure guarantees the dates and prices established forty-six (46) days prior to departure. However, a 30% deposit is required within 45 days prior to departure to honour these agreements. Should we fail to receive the deposit before the above-mentioned deadline, Cime Aventure cannot guarantee the dates booked. For

FOOD SERVICES The client agrees to respect any booking for food services. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity, the client shall be responsible for the entire invoice. Additional clients will be accepted without any prior notice, as long as their number is reasonable.
