PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Full payment is required to validate a booking. Final payment must be received at Cime Aventure at least forty-five (45) days prior to departure, or at the time of booking. Should payment not be received before the above-mentioned deadlines, Cime Aventure reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.

CANCELLATION FEE AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

At least 46 days prior to the departure date: 30% will be retained · between 45 and 15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the total cost of the package per person · 14 days and less prior to the departure date: 100% of the total cost of the package per person.

Cime Aventure suggests you buy a cancellation insurance policy. For an additional, non-refundable sum of 10% of the amount of your invoice, you will then have the right, at all times, to cancel your booking or postpone it to a later date, following agreement with Cime Aventure. Moreover, Cime Aventure reserves the right to cancel any expedition before the departure date for reasons beyond its control. In the event of such a cancellation, a complete reimbursement will constitute the final settlement with the client.
